Welcome to 're:you'; a mobile application and website platform created under the Dhyan Vimal Institute for Higher Learning Inc.Canada ("DVI") together with its affiliate partner Positive Leader LLC (PL) ["we", "us", "our"]. This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we collect, how we use that information, who we share it with, how we protect that information, and your legal rights in relation to your information as well as the European Union's General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR"). Please note that the Privacy Statement is streamlined to common principles of data privacy in most jurisdictions although there may be some slight variations due to local requirements.

're:you' is a mobile application and website platform created under the Dhyan Vimal Institute for Higher Learning Inc.Canada ("DVI"). In line with our company values, particularly prioritizing our members, 're:you' is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy when you use our content and products through our websites, including www.reyou.app ("Websites"), our mobile application ("Apps"), or other delivery methods (collectively, "Products"). 're:you' offers programs, lectures, podcasts, articles, and personal assessments (collectively, "Services") via these Products or other applicable delivery methods. These Services are provided by DVI or its affiliated partner Positive Leader LLC, or other approved third‐party providers (collectively referred to as "Providers"). Throughout this Privacy Policy, all of our Products and Services are collectively referred to as our "Platform." This Privacy Policy addresses the collection and use of "personal information," defined as information about an identified or identifiable individual collected through our Platform.

Certain components or features of our Platform may include additional privacy notices, especially when personal information is used in a unique manner.   • In compliance with the relevant Data Protection Laws applicable, as amended from time to time, You agree and give your consent to the holding and processing of personal data relating to You in any form (whether obtained in writing, electronically or otherwise) by the DVI, for purposes connected with the relationship between the parties and internal administration purposes.   • We may collect personal information from your employer or other party sponsoring your access to 're:you'.
  • We may also collect information about individuals identified through referral features, solely for sharing content or inviting them to join the Platform.
  • If you choose to have your account verified to confirm your eligibility for a select subscription offering, we may allow a third‐party platform to access the specific personal information you provide in order to perform the verification. Any failure to provide sufficient information or any response DVI considers abnormal may result in DVI refusing (or being unable) to verify your eligibility.

  • (d) Aggregated, Anonymous, and De‐Identified Data:

    'Re:you' is not a data broker and does not sell your personal information to third parties for payment. However, as with many online companies, we partner with third parties to manage our advertising on other platforms. For this purpose, we may disclose limited personal information for cross‐context behavioral and targeted advertising, which may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under the CCPA.
